Professional Licensure Disclosures

Mitchell Technical College provides notifications to students seeking information for any in-person or distance education program leading to professional licensure as required by federal regulations (34 CFR 668.43(a)(5)(v) and 34 CFR 668.43(c)).

Mitchell Technical College participates in the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements, an agreement among member states, districts, and territories in the United States that protects and benefits distance education students by assuring uniform processes and consumer protections among member states and institutions. MTC provides professional licensure disclosures as required by SARA Policy Manual Section 5.2.

The curriculum for each of the following programs meets the educational requirements for licensure in South Dakota (and many other states). Because requirements for licensure differ from state to state, prospective and current students are encouraged to assure they have a clear understanding of the requirements for licensure (if any) in the state where they reside or intend to reside following graduation. More information about licensure in South Dakota and other states can be found at the following links. (You will need to scroll down on each web page for the licensure disclosure information.) You may also contact Director of Admissions Heather Kulm (605.995.7342) for questions regarding licensure.
