No furnishing included in apartment itself but I have a matching black loveseat & chair, microwave, air fryer, kitchen utensils, pots & pans, I have a small table for dining room but would like to get a bigger one; basically all of the college essentials.
UTILITIES
We will only be responsible for paying the electrical bill & have to get wifi installed. All around it will cost about $100-$120 total, each person responsible for half.
