Mitchell Tech accepts any scholarships brought in by entering or returning students. Several websites offer lists of scholarships and application processes. REMEMBER: If someone attempts to charge or bill you for a listing of scholarships, chances are it is not a legitimate service. Stay clear of the search services that charge to "find" scholarships for students.

Build Dakota
Build Dakota Scholarships will be awarded to students entering high-need workforce programs at South Dakota’s technical institutes to fill the state’s technical careers with skilled professionals. The scholarship program will both grow South Dakota’s own and recruit new South Dakotans. Recipients of the full-ride scholarships will commit to living and working in the state, in their field of study, for three years following graduation. The full-ride scholarships will support tuition, fees, books and other required program expenses in the eligible technical institute programs.

The South Dakota Association for Career and Technical Education (SDACTE) awards scholarships each year to deserving students who are continuing their education in the area of career and technical education field. Please download and fill out the appropriate form listed below.
