Career Fair Events

The Career Services Office sponsors annual career fair events to assist students who are seeking internships and full-time employment opportunities and want to discover career options.

The Ag Internship Fair is held annually in October to assist students enrolled in the Agronomy, Animal Science, Ag Business and Ag Precision program to begin the search for a spring internship. Students from other programs who are exploring opportunities in the ag industry are also encouraged to attend.

The Energy Career Fair and Campus-Wide Career Fair are annual events held on the same day in mid-February. These events assist the entire student population in exploring internship and career opportunities from a wide range of employer partners.

As a member of the South Dakota Association of College Career Centers (SDACCC), Mitchell Tech assists with the SD BIG Job & Internship Fair and the Black Hills Regional Job Fair during the months of February and/or March. All students, whether this is your first year at Mitchell Tech or if you will be graduating in the spring, are encouraged to explore the participating employers and participate in these events.
