  • Fish and Chips: Beer battered cod served with crispy French fries.  Served with tartar sauce.  (Substitute another side for fries if you wish.)
  • Spaghetti Carbonara: Creamy pasta layered with smoked bacon and braised pork belly.
  • Bone-In Pork Chop: Pan seared and finished sous vide with a blend of herbs and spices.  Served with citrus glazed carrots or your choice of side.
  • Modern Prime Rib: 12 oz. rib eye strip sous vide for 16 hours, grilled to finish.  Served with new potatoes or your choice of side.
