The CST Spring 2009 Advisory Board meeting was held
on campus on April 16th. Check the

to see what happened.
The first ever Networking Summit hosted at MTI was a
huge success! Many plans are now underway to allow the sweeping changes
needed make CST the go to program in the state of South Dakota for Cisco
Networking and Server Administration. Check back throughout the year to
see what is going on as we feel it is ultimately helping us fulfill our
mission. To Provide Skills for Success in Technical Careers.
NetLab news: Mitchelltech makes use of equipment to assist students in
SouthHampton, UK:
An instructor at Southhampton Solent
University writes: The Cisco CCNP course at the Southampton Solent
University Academy is going very well and the
students really appreciate the use of the remote Netlab facilities at
the Mitchell Technical Institute and are progressing at a high standard.
For the Mitchell Technical Institute to allow these students
access to Netlab has enabled them to graduate from the CCNP Building
Scalable Cisco Internetworks Module. This is probably the most
challenging part of the CCNP academy course and requires lots of
practical, hands on experience. Remote access to equipment allows them
to structure their learning to fit in with demanding careers and
education. It has been a massive benefit and they would like me to thank
you.
