Cook (Seasonal)

Assist in preparation of breakfast and dinner for pheasant hunting lodge during the first 4 to 6 weeks of the pheasant season To go sandwiches and snacks prep for hunter's lunch in field

Position Details

Requirements: Some experience in food preparation required. Will serve up to 50 persons at each meal in a self-serve steam table, salad bar setting. Kitchen clean-up and food storage. We have a commercial kitchen and dishwasher. Some pastry preparation desirable.
Compensation: $12.00 to $15.00 per hr. Open based on experience level. Room and board provided
Hours: Variable with meal, food prep time and cleanup
Additional Information: Breakfast preparation is assisted by guides in lodge. Typical dinner entree items: Prime rib roasts, rotisserie baked chicken, steaks, and pork roasts with potatoes, various vegetables and salad bar
